Black Panther: Marvel's first black superhero movie starts filming

The motion picture is being directed by Creed director Ryan Coogler and star's Chadwick Boseman in the title role.
Marvel Studios has begun filming its latest superhero epic which for the first time will feature a black actor in the starring role.
The comic book giant announced on Thursday that Black Panther had started production, with a full cast list and a release date.

Award-winning Gospel star dies after contracting TB

A South African gospel singer has died after a short battle with tuberculosis, his family have confirmed.

Lundi Tyamara, 38, had been admitted to hospital four weeks ago but passed away this morning. He became ill after returning from a trip to China.

Police Inspector arrested for extra-judicial killing


The Edo Commissioner of Police, Haliru Gwandu, said the command would recommend a serving inspector being investigated for extra-judicial killing for ‘discharge’ from service if found guilty.
Mr. Gwandu, who stated this at a news a conference on Wednesday in Benin, said “there is no sacred cow in the force.”
