Don’t break Nigeria – Abdulsalami, Theophilus Danjuma Warn

Former Nigerian head of state, Abdulsalami Abubakar has pleaded with Nigerians to desist from taking actions that can break the country.
Abdulsalami made this plea on Wednesday at

He urged youths to focus on building the legacies of the country’s founding fathers. In his words;
“We must allow peace to reign without which development would be impossible. Altogether, there is strength in diversity. All hands must be on deck to make our great Nigeria greater”.
Towing the same line, Former Chief of army staff, Theophilus Danjuma, who also spoke at the event said that the agitations for the restructuring of the country was a good idea, adding that it should not be followed with violence.

Chief Emeka Anyaoku, in his own speech, expressed gratitude to the University for the honour conferred on him. He revealed that his biggest challenge was documenting his personal papers like his predecessors at the Commonwealth, a problem that the University has now solved.
