ROMA GOALKEEPER ALISSON'S AGENT HAS SAID ABOUT HIS FUTURE AMID LIVERPOOL AND REAL MADRID INTEREST

ROMA GOALKEEPER ALISSON'S AGENT HAS SAID ABOUT HIS FUTURE AMID LIVERPOOL AND REAL MADRID INTEREST
AS Roma goalkeeper Alisson Becker’s agent has remained coy on speculation linking the stopper with Liverpool and Real Madrid.
Alisson has been in sparkling form for the Serie A giants since arriving from Internacional in 2016 and naturally his performances have caught the eye of some of the bigger clubs around Europe.
There’s uncertainty in the goalkeeping department at Anfield; Jurgen Klopp’s preference of Simon Mignolet over Lorus Karius and vice versa seems to change month by month.
It’s led to rumours that the Reds might launch a bid for Brazilian Alisson this summer - potentially a world record offer for a goalkeeper.
His agent, though, insists his client his happy in Italy - but leaves enough room for speculation to continue by declining to confirm that Alisson will sign a new contract.
“Alisson is certainly one of the best goalkeepers in the world. He loves Roma, 100 per cent,” Ze Maria Neis said.
“Will he sign a new contract? Now he is focused only in Serie A and on the Champions League.
“We have a great relationship with Roma. We never spoke with Liverpool about him. Now Alisson only thinks in present time.
“I don’t know how much he will cost. It depends about Roma and the transfer market.”

Another target?

Arsenal and Liverpool target Nabil Fekir’s future at current club Lyon is in doubt after his agent refused to rule out a potential summer transfer.

The 24-year-old attacker appears to be in the plans of Didier Deschamps and the French national team ahead of the World Cup in Russia later this year, and he has caught the eye of Arsene Wenger and Jurgen Klopp too.
Fekir has 19 goals this season for Lyon, including one at Goodison Park when they toppled Everton 2-1 in a Europa League group stage match.
He’s rated at around £45m, and his agent Jean Pierre Bernes has done little to suggest he’s sure to remain at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais.
“The career moves of a player are not necessarily related to sporting achievements at his club,” Bernes told Le Dauphine Libere when asked if Lyon’s bid for Champions League football could impact any move.
“If at the end of the season there was possibly a decision to be made, and this is not the case right now, we would sit down with the president [Jean-Michel Aulas] and we would find the right solution.

“First and foremost, we would respect Lyon. We do not want to leave after a big showdown. Nabil is at a big French club, if not the biggest.
“We know very well that, at some point, we may be able to ask questions about a move. The decision will be taken with intelligence, as professionals, and especially in the interests of all parties.
“When you leave the club that trained you, to whom we owe everything, you leave in good conditions - if we have to leave.
“Nabil has the personal goal of being part of a top 10 European club. He has that potential. But a career is built little by little.
“If he has not played at a top 10 European club, that does not mean he has not done well in his career or that he will be unhappy. At Lyon, he is very happy, he loves the city, it’s his club. He is not in a drastic situation.”
